Ep 40: Building Mobrium, Part 3 - Partner with the Lord

While on a family vacation in 2022 visiting Colorado, Mobrium’s CEO, Matt Vance, had a conversation with a random stranger in the hotel hot tub. This conversation influenced the way the Mobrium would be run from the very beginning. The elderly man shared personal experiences of founding several businesses and helping others along the way. He advised Matt to “Partner with the Lord” in order to help others and find business success. This simple statement has directly shaped the vision and values of Mobrium.

Mobrium’s mission is to measure and improve employee happiness at great companies. But it’s more than just a business; it's a mission to make a positive impact on the world. Mobrium’s Giving Back program allows clients to accumulate monthly credits that can be used towards charitable donations through the Church World Service. From sending four chickens to a family in Tanzania to a new toy for a refugee child in the United States, these donations make a difference in the lives of individuals and families around the world.

The Mobrium team strives to SHINE through providing service to others, harmony with each other, integrity in their work and products, being nimble and efficient in decision making and action, and expanding their knowledge continually.
